  • Therapy sessions are professional services and not emergency medical care.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in case of misuse, non-compliance, or policy violations.

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate contact and billing information.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without any charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for technical issues (e.g., payment errors) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • In case a session is canceled by us, a full refund or free rescheduling option will be provided.

Shipping and Delivery

  • As this is an online service, there is no physical shipping involved.

  • Access details (meeting links, login credentials, etc.) will be provided via email or WhatsApp after confirmation of payment.

  • Please ensure that your provided contact details are correct to avoid delivery issues.
